Our investments are based on in-depth market analysis and the use of portfolio management tools. However, we allow investors to invest in individual projects at their own discretion. In doing so, PIA and all joint venture partners invest in each transaction on the same terms as all other investors. Our services include:

Ground-up industrial developments, large scale, mid-size, as well as ‘last mile’, distribution facilities with a focus on servicing the growing e-commerce sector. Presently with a tactical focus on the acquisition of land and construction of smaller warehouse properties.

US LIVING:

Ground-up ‘living’ developments, including multi-family, student and senior housing, selectively mixed-use with residential, in growing demographic areas in the US.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS:

Ability to act within the PIA network in any opportunity or customized investment that is either considered as unique or highly corresponds with clients‘ target profile.
