David Rückel
David Rückel
David Rückel is founder and managing partner of PIA.
Prior to starting PIA in 2015 he held senior positions structuring and placing investment funds for German regulated managers. He was Deputy Head of Sales with Hamburg Trust REIM and Head of Institutional Business for Catella Real Estate KAG. From 2008 until 2012 he was Managing Director at Wells Real Asset Management. In this role he headed the European efforts in structuring investment vehicles and raising capital for the subsidiary of the US SEC-regulated real estate manager Wells Real Estate Funds. He started his career in 2005 in project finance for Oppenheimer Investments in New York.
Mr. Rückel attained his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Washington D.C. and an Executive Master in Real Estate from the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) at the University of Regensburg, Germany.
Achim Pütz
Achim Pütz is Managing Partner at PIA with a focus on law, structuring and project acquisition.
He is also a partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Previously, he was Managing Partner of the Frankfurt office of Dechert LLP and Head of the German Financial Services Group. He has extensive experience in advising German and international clients on traditional and alternative investment funds and specializes in the design, documentation and distribution of structured financial products and packaging solutions.
Achim Pütz is recommended by renowned professional publications such as Who’s Who Legal, Chambers, The Legal 500 and JUVE.
Achim Pütz is also founder and chairman of the Bundesverband Alternative Investments e.V. (BAI).
Robert Bierich
Mr. Bierich manages the arsago group, an asset management boutique for alternative investment products in Germany. He and his partners founded arsago in 2001 and have since invested roughly € 1 billion in German residential real estate property. Before forming arsago he was with J.P. Morgan for ten years. After forming the swap marketing team focused on interest rate derivatives, he became Head of Corporate Risk Management. Finally, in 1998 he took over responsibility as Geschäftsführer (managing director) for fixed income funds within J.P. Morgan’s asset management business in Frankfurt.
Mr. Bierich studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and successfully completed the first state exam. Following he attained an MBA degree from Duke University, North Carolina.
Mr. Bierich currently serves on the supervisory board of Mercurius Real Estate AG.
Stefan Dreiser

Stefan Dreiser is Partner and Head of Institutional Investors at PIA. Before joining PIA in September 2022, Stefan Dreiser held senior positions in investment banking at various financial institutions. Most recently, he headed the fixed income and alternative assets sales team of Commerzbank for the client groups, insurance companies, pension institutions, funds and banks. From 2009 to 2011, Stefan Dreiser was responsible for the fixed income business of insurance companies at BNP Paribas. He started his career in the financial industry in 1994 in Emerging Markets Sales at JP Morgan in Frankfurt. During this time he also worked in Buenos Aires and New York until 2009. In addition to various fixed income sales roles, he was also responsible for structured fixed income and alternative asset sales for the entire DACH region.
Stefan Dreiser holds a degree in business administration from the Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft, now Frankfurt School of Finance.

Friedrich Meinikat is Managing Director at PIA and responsible for the expansion of the PSO Platform through sourcing and managing Preferred Partners and the respective Investments as well as supporting Placement Advisory with the selection of new mandates.
He has gained experience on both sides, as real estate manager and as investor. Over the past ten years he worked six years as Executive Director in the family office of SAP Founder Hasso Plattner. Afterwards he consulted other investors on their European Real Estate strategy and worked as interim manager for real estate developers. His career started as Asset Manager for the Austrian conwert SE. He managed investments in different asset classes in a leading role until 2013.
Mr. Meinikat attained his Master degree from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and an Executive Master in Real Estate from the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) at the University of Regensburg, Germany.

Ines Linnemann is an Executive Director at PIA and responsible for Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
Ms. Linnemann brings more than 10 years of international finance experience with a focus on financial planning & analysis to the team. Before joining PIA, Ines Linnemann spent four years as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for Europe & Asia at PGIM Real Estate, a fund manager focused on institutional investors and global commercial real estate investments. Previously, she worked as Finance Business Partner at The Walt Disney Company (Germany) GmbH. In 2009 she started her career at KPMG Vienna in auditing, with a focus on trade and manufacturing.
Ms. Linnemann holds a Master’s degree in Social and Economic Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting & Auditing and Corporate Finance.

Charlotte Cesario is Senior Associate at PIA, supporting sales as well as investor and manager relations.
Prior to joining PIA in 2020, Ms. Cesario worked with a financial services firm for almost 10 years in operations, project management and event organization, liaising with the international network of the company. Previously she supported a real estate property manager.
Ms. Cesario is an office management clerk and holds a Bachelor Professional for Office and Project Organization. Furthermore, she is currently obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Digitalization.
Juanita Stevenson
Juanita Stevenson
Juanita Stevenson is a Senior Associate in Event Management at PIA and supports the company in Placement Advisory.
Prior to joining PIA in 2022, Ms. Stevenson spent over seven years at Real I.S., an international asset manager, in administrative roles. Her responsibilities included supporting Institutional Fund Management, Corporate Development & Governance, and Asset & Fund Operations. Prior to that, she worked as an executive assistant for well-known international corporations, including a renowned Munich-based tour operator.
Ms. Stevenson studied business administration (specializing in tourism) at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and completed a part-time degree in human resources management shortly before graduating.

Peter de Haas
Peter de Haas is senior advisor with a focus on Benelux and Nordic markets.
He is Principal of De Haas Real Estate Advisory, an independent advisory business focused on product development of institutional real estate investment products as well as introduction of indirect and direct investment propositions to mainly international institutional investors. He started his business at the beginning of 2019. Previously, he served as Managing Director for Real Estate Product Management and Investor Relations at Barings, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and Protego Real Estate Investors for more than 12 years. Before that he worked at PGGM, most recently as a Senior Portfolio Strategist.
Peter is also a Member of the Advisory Board of Patrizia Multi Managers A/S.
Furthermore, Peter is a recognized speaker at international real estate conferences and has been involved with INREV in a variety of capacities. He was a fellow of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE) for 13 years.
Peter holds a degree as Master of Real Estate (MRE) from the University of Amsterdam and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
Susanne von Hülsen
Susanne von Hülsen
Susanne von Hülsen is an advisor at PIA. She helps growing companies with a focus on talent development. Until 2020 she was instrumental in the advancement of PIA, most recently as Executive Director of Operations.
Previously, Mrs. von Hülsen was responsible for investor communication at Defensive Capital, a German multi-asset fund. From 2005 until 2009 she worked for HSBC in Düsseldorf advising German mid-cap companies and semi-institutional investors on a wide range of interest rate products. In 2000, she started her career at JPMorgan in London in the investment banking division.
Mrs. von Hülsen graduated from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) in Finance and Capital Markets. During her studies she spent a semester at Columbia Business School, New York, intensifying her finance focus.
